They knew it was there from the very start. There weren't any fireworks or butterflies in the stomach, just a silent agreement of how life could be. She knew she'd marry him on their third date. She wasn't in love with him at the time, but she knew he is the only person in the whole world whom she is willing to commit to for the rest of her life. He thought the same way about her but decided not to tell her, being afraid it will scare her off. They got married 7 months later. My name is Edna, which means (in Hebrew) "gentleness". His name is Ran, which means (in Hebrew) "joy" or "happy". He makes me happy almost every day. We are married for nearly 23 years now.
